Do I have to write captions or design anything? +
No — that's the whole point. You send photos and videos; we write the captions, design the posts, and lay out your week. You don't open a design tool or write a word. Designed posts come in 19 looks in your colours (a bold poster, a handwritten note, your own photo with words around it in a circle, a frame, a polaroid or a magazine cover, a coupon, chat-bubble Q&As, a framed quote and more), mixed so your feed never looks like one template. Every business also gets its own design style, so you won't look like the shop next door. Want another look? Just say "different style" or "make it handwritten".
What if I don't like a post? +
You approve every post before it goes live. Tweak the caption, swap a photo, or drop a post entirely — nothing publishes until you're happy with it. Happy with it? Tap Post now and it goes live straight away, or Schedule it for the best time. Not ready yet? Tap More, then Not now, and we'll save it; say "saved posts" whenever you want it back. Changed your mind about one that's already scheduled? Say "change an upcoming post" on WhatsApp to change its caption, move it to another day, swap the photo or unschedule it. Something you never (or always) want said? Tell us once, like "from now on don't mention delivery", and every post follows it, including the ones already planned. Updated your website? Say "recheck my website" and we read it again.
How do Reels work? +
Send a short video clip (or a few) on WhatsApp and you get back a finished Reel to approve, just like a photo post: the best moments cut to music, your logo, a catchy opening line, and subtitles on screen whenever someone speaks. Pick the music style with one tap (upbeat, chill, elegant and more, or no music) and we'll remember it for your next Reels. The music is made fresh for each Reel, just for you. You hear it before anything posts, and "another song" gets you a new one. Sending a few clips? Choose how they switch: snappy zooms on the beat, swipes, flashes or smooth fades. Want to talk over it? Send a voice note with your clips and your voice goes over the Reel, with subtitles. Not sure what to say? Reply WORDS and we'll send you a short script to read. Rather not record? Say "read it for me" and we'll read it over your Reel. Pick from six natural voices, men's and women's, British and American (say "a woman's voice" or "which voices"), or have it in your own voice: say "use my voice" and send one voice note of about a minute. Say "delete my voice" to remove it any time. In the app it's "Read it for me" on the Reel page, and Settings → Your voice. Want text on the video itself? Just say it, like "put 'Open from 8am' on it", and it goes on screen. Each Reel also gets a few fun emoji pop-ups and an end card with your call to action (like "Book your table"), or say "no extras" to keep it clean. Every Reel gets its own cover for your profile grid too: a clear moment with a short title in your brand colour and your logo, so your grid looks tidy. Shaky footage? Say "steady it" and we smooth it out. Too dark or dull? Say "brighter" and the colours pop. Want it flashy? Say "make it funky" for glow, light leaks and flash cuts. Want a different part of a clip? Say "cut the first 2 seconds" or "make it 10 seconds", or tap the trim link under your Reel and drag where each clip starts and ends. Want another look? Just say so. No clips this week? We make Reels from your photos, so they still go out. We keep unused clips for 90 days, and clips that went into a Reel for 30 days after it posts; the finished Reel is kept.
Do you help me with what to post? +
Yes. Every plan includes our Content Coach. Ask it on WhatsApp, or tap "Inspiration" in the app, what to post this week, for a Reel idea and what to say in it, what to write on a picture, or when to post. The answers are for your business, not generic tips, and every week you get "this week's ideas": three things to photograph or film. Send them in the same chat and each one comes back as a post to approve. Add "later" to a photo and we'll just keep it for when your feed needs it. In the app, the Plan page always has three ready-made ideas for you: a Reel (with what to film and what to say), a carousel and a post. Tap one to make it.
Can you sort out my bio and profile? +
Yes. We rewrite your Instagram name, bio and links, and your Facebook Page info, so people can find you and know what to do next. You check it before anything changes. It's included on Pro, or $49 one-off on Starter and Growth. Just ask us on WhatsApp.
Will you keep messaging me? +
Only as much as you want. Normally you get one message a week saying what to shoot, and a nudge when your week looks thin. Pick More, Normal, Light (just one message a week) or Off, and change it any time: just say "fewer reminders" on WhatsApp, or change it in Account in the app. Your posts carry on either way, and messages about your account (like login codes or billing) always still come.
Am I locked into a contract? +
No contracts, ever. It's month to month and you can cancel anytime — no cancellation fees, no hoops.
Who actually creates the content? +
Our team does. We build branded posts from your own photos and videos, tailored to your business, and you approve every post before it goes live. Nothing is posted without your OK.
What if I don't have any photos? +
You don't even need them. We can build your whole week from scratch — branded posts written and designed from your past posts, your website, and a library of post types (tips, quotes, Q&As, announcements and more). Send photos when you have them; when you don't, we've still got you.
Do I need to log in to Instagram or Facebook? +
Just once, at the start. To connect your page, you (or we, with you) sign in one time through Meta's official login: with Instagram, or with Facebook if your page is linked to one. After that, everything happens on WhatsApp or email and you never need to open either app. No business Instagram yet, or only a personal one? You've got two options: do it yourself from a short checklist we send you, or do it together: we guide you one step at a time on WhatsApp, and someone from our team jumps in on the same chat if you get stuck. Both are free with no card needed, and it all happens on WhatsApp, no phone call.
How quickly am I up and running? +
You see your first week in minutes: getting started is a short chat. Once your Instagram is connected, your approved posts go out on schedule.
What happens after my 3 free posts? +
No card is needed to start, and your first 3 posts are free. After that, we ask for a card to keep posting. Your first charge is 7 days after you add it. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Do I keep control of my Instagram? +
Always. You connect through Meta's official login (we never see your password), nothing posts without your approval, and you can disconnect any time.
Can I talk to a real person? +
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and ask for a person, or tap Menu and choose Talk to a person. One of our team replies in the same chat within one working day, and you can send screenshots, photos and voice notes there too. While you wait, Trig, our automated assistant, can still make your posts. Already a customer? Tap "Get help on WhatsApp" in your app's Account page: Trig sorts most things straight away and passes you to a person when it can't. Not sure what Trig can do? Which platforms do you post to? +
Instagram on every plan, to your feed and your Story: each post goes on your Story too, and you can post a quick Story any time by sending a photo on WhatsApp with the word "story". On Growth and Pro we can also post to your Facebook Page, from the same workflow (in beta). For that, connect through Facebook rather than with Instagram alone, and tick "Also post to my Facebook Page" in Settings. Want a post that already went out on Facebook too? Say "put my posts on Facebook" on WhatsApp. And your WhatsApp Status, in two taps: switch it on and each post arrives on your WhatsApp ready to go. Tap forward, then My status. (WhatsApp doesn't let anyone post to your Status for you, so that last tap is yours.)
